The AJW Effluent Collection System is the only solution of its kind engineered to capture 100% of effluent discharge during engine compressor washes—keeping your operation clean, compliant, and environmentally responsible.
Each unit partially encapsulates the engine using a lightweight, aerospace-grade fabric that is both exceptionally durable and easy to handle. The entire assembly folds neatly into a compact duffel case for transport and storage, making it ideal for mobile maintenance operations.

Telescopic Injection Probes
Unlike Juniper brand or any other manufacturer brand, AJW Universal Telescopic Injection Probes are capable of being adjusted to any length to fit any specific turbine engine installed on an aircraft.
The delivery hose on the injection unit can be coupled to a Y connection and then the Y connection coupled to both Universal Telescopic Injection Probes (J Hooks). The probes are entered from the back of the bypass duct and then held tight against the core case in front of the 1st stage stators ahead of the 2nd stage compressors. This ensures 100% water/detergent injection into the engine core.
UTIPS (Universal Telescopic Injection Probes) eliminate the opening of the cowlings and thrust reversers and reduce the time spent for a complete engine wash.
